Origins V1

In version 1 the biggest change was separating out the core functionality into a composer package so that the boilerplate is more focused on just what is needed for a specific site build. Many new features were implemented over the lifetime of V1 such as adding storage, the ability to add custom icons for blocks besides dashicons, functionality to pull css configurations from theme.json using theme-provider.js, the ability to dequeue WordPress styles for more control over localized styles as well as the GenerateGlobalStyles Hook to build a global style css stylesheet, automatic build script run when exiting dev, optional edit button tooltips for blocks whose content are generated on different pages, live search and search page template, integration of htmx, and many useful twig helper functions to assist in building and debugging sites.
